Memory Book

I just made this book to help keep track of a trip that I am getting ready to go on.  This is the front cover. It does not have any cricut cuts.  I made it with Anne Griffin paper and stickers.  I will post pics of trip when it happens.
This is the inside cover.
Here is the first page.  I cut the cactus out of a old piece of paper that I had.  I plan on keeping track of how far we travel and where we go.

Welcome to Tennessee

I just had a cousin move to Tennessee.  I wanted to make her something to remember her move and have something to hang in her new apartment. Oh, and of course since we are talking about Tennessee, it had to be orange.  I cut the lettering with my E2 using the included American Alphabet cartridge. The Tennessee is a sticker that was purchased probably years ago.  After all, my motto is, "She who dies with the most supplies, WINS."  The frame was out of a clearance bin at Walmart.

Sorry Havent Posted

Life has been crazy lately.  I went to Dollywood Splash Country this past week.  I think it took me two days to get over just all the walking and climbing.  The Lazy River was great.  I now we went around 3 or 4 times just to chill out.  I went with a friend from high school that was in for the week with his children.  I am planning on making a memento for the kids.  Will post when finished.  I cannot decide on the paper.

Bridal Wedding Gifts

For my friends wedding, I made a set of projects.  Not only are they cut with my new E2, but they are also my first glass etching projects.

The glass plate is a purchase from Walmart.  The car was cut with the Wedding Solution cartridge.  I cut the date from Designer Calendar.  I do not remember what I cut the name with.

A Bridal Shower Card

This is a card that I made for a friends wedding.  This is also the first project that I made with my new Expression 2.  I really love the new E2.  It really does a great job.   The dress and wording is from the Tie the Knot cartridge.  When I made the dress I cut out a matching piece of cardstock to match the lettering and then cut a piece of vellum to match the dress.  After I lined up the dress, I applied white glittery Stickles to parts of the dress to make it sparkle.

Mother's Day Card

This is the mother's day card that I made for my mother this year.  I made it with my Imagine and Lori's Garden.  I just loved the colors and the 3-D effect of the layers.

Gift Card Holder

This is my first project that I made with my Imagine.  It is for a gift card for my cousin.  The cake is from the Imagine More cartridge.  I am sorry that so far on all of my projects that I do not have the true details or information to reproduce them.  I never thought that I would do a blog.  I pinkie promise on all new projects, I will take down the info.

Trucking On

This is a birthday card that was made for a friend.  He drove a truck for Averitt Express.  Almost all of the layout is made with one of the Paper Doll cartridges.  He loved it.

For a Special Little Girl

Last year, I made this for a friends grandbaby.  She was one year old and her favorite character is Minnie Mouse.  I made her this to hang on her wall in her bedroom.  I used Mickey and Friends and the frame is from Walmart.  I do not remember which cartridge that I used for my fonts. The Minnie is of course from Mickey and Friends.

Thanks For the Support

Thanks guys.  You have made my day.  I am so excited about the sweet comments and that I have followers.  I feel like a kid at Christmas.  Thanks.  Will post some more projects tonight.  Hope everyone is surviving the heat and getting ready for a great weekend.

Mom's birthday present

I made this for my mothers 75th birthday. She loves Donald Duck! He is hanging on her wall.

My First Post of a Project

I have several projects to post that I have done.  I thought that my first post should be my first project that I ever made with my expression.  This is a group of things that I made for a friends birthday.  I do not remember what cartridges that I used.  Now that I am blogging I will keep up with that info.

My first Blog post.

It is a stormy night and I have decided to start blogging.  I love reading blogs and have been putting it off for a while.  I can see it is going to take a while to really get this started.  I have to figure out how to post my projects and my list of cartridges.  Time to study a little I guess.  Is there a "Dummies" book for doing a blog?  Wish me luck.
